I am out-of-network insurance provider and do not bill insurances directly. You are welcome to use your out-of-networks benefits to receive reimbursement for our work together. I will provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) to facilitate out-of-network reimbursement. I offer sliding scale rates, for which I have a wait list. I encourage you to inquire within.
